    Following a workshop in April - I bought 2 tins of autentico paint, following payment I was informed that the paint was not in stock and I would have to make the relatively long journey back to the shop to collect the paint. After 6 weeks of no news, I contacted FGT to enquire if the paint was available to collect. I then made the 1 hour journey to the shop to be told that only 1 tin could be collected. I asked if the second tin could be delivered as it was such a long journey which the assistant kindly told me would be sorted. I have not heard anything since. I have called and send daily e mails to request delivery or a refund. No one returns my calls or e mails and therefore I am presuming that I will have to accept that I will not be refunded for the paint. I would not recommend FGT.
